I'm dreaming of doing a Moroccan inspired wedding. The venue we have chosen is just perfect for something like this as it's red with gold ornaments. It's an old theater. I'll take some pics of it this week as I have an appointment to go see it again this Wednesday. If you are a follower, you will know that we had another place on hand for the wedding reception - all white and cream - and I though everything was going to be white with some black, but the place was too expensive for us at this point and they were really bad at communicating with us, so we found this other place, where we'll have a do-it-yourself kind of wedding. This way it's a lot easier to choose what we want to have served and how we want everything to be - for half the cost.
I'm thinking of doing it in cream and gold with some red. I don't want it all colorful, but elegant and still exotic.
